Headlamp Control Module: Service and Repair
Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 4 and Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 1

Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 4 and Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 1

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] See: Lighting and Horns/Service Precautions.

‹› Headlamps must be adjusted after performing measures that could influence headlamp adjustment. Refer to => [ Headlamps, Checking and

Adjusting ] See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Adjustments.

Removing

-

Remove headlamp. Refer to => [ LED Headlamp Housing ] See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/LED Headlamp Housing.

Remove screws - arrows -.

-

Remove the power Output Stage - 1 - from headlamp housing.

-

Release the spring and disconnect the wires - 2 and 3  -.

-

Remove the power output stage.

Installing

‹› Tightening specification, refer to => [ LED Headlamp Assembly Overview ] See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/LED Headlamp Assembly Overview. 

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Check the seal - 4 - between the power output stage and headlamp housing for damage.

Install headlamp. Refer to => [ LED Headlamp Housing ] See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/LED
Headlamp Housing.
