Ribbed Belt, Removing and Installing

Ribbed belt, removing and installing  

Note:  Before removing ribbed belt, mark direction of rotation with chalk or a felt pen. If a used belt rotates in opposite direction when reinstalled,
premature wear and breakage may occur.

Special tools and equipment

Locking pin 3204

Removing 

-

Release fasteners -1- to -4- and take off noise insulation.

-

To loosen ribbed belt, turn belt tensioner in direction of (arrow).
