Installation position of alignment bushings

Check whether alignment bushings - arrows - are inserted at locations in guide frame as shown in illustration.

Installing guide frame
-

Replace bolts - 1 to 20 -.

-

Tighten bolts for guide frame as follows:

-

Tighten bolts - 1 to 10 - using torque wrench to 30 Nm.

-

Tighten bolts - 11 to 20 - using torque wrench to 20 Nm.

-

Tighten bolts - 1 to 10 - using torque wrench to 50 Nm.

-

Tighten bolts - 11 to 20 - using torque wrench to 30 Nm.

-

Tighten bolts - 1 to 10 - 90° (1/4 additional turn) using a rigid wrench.

-

Tighten bolts - 11 to 20 - 90° (1/4 additional turn) using a rigid wrench.

-

Tighten bolts for sealing surfaces of cylinder block/guide frame - dark hatching in illustration - to 9 Nm in diagonal sequence.
