‹› Dimension - a - = 35 mm maximum.

-

Remove nuts - arrows - with the hinged wrench socket (tool in development).

-

Remove bolt - 1 - and the right catalytic converter. 

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications => [ Muffler Assembly Overview ] See: Muffler/Service and Repair/Muffler Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace seals and self-locking nuts.

Install oxygen sensors (G39) and (G130).

Install right front muffler. Refer to => [ Front Muffler ] See: Muffler/Service and Repair/Front Muffler.

Install exhaust system free of stress. Refer to => [ Exhaust System, Installing ] See: Service and Repair.

Install the subframe crossbrace, upper control arm and stabilizer bar and tighten the suspension strut on the control arm.
