Exhaust Manifold: Specifications

Left Exhaust Manifold

-

Replace exhaust manifold nuts.

-

Grease with hot bolt paste.

Tighten nuts in 3 Stages in - 1 to 6 - sequence as follows:
Install bolts by hand as far as stop.
Pre-tighten to ........................................................................................................................................................................................................... 20 Nm.
Tighten to ................................................................................................................................................................................................................ 30 Nm.

Right Exhaust Manifold

-

Replace exhaust manifold nuts.

-

Grease with hot bolt paste.

Tighten nuts in 3 Stages in - 1 to 6 - sequence as follows:
Install bolts by hand as far as stop.
Pre-tighten to ........................................................................................................................................................................................................... 20 Nm.
Tighten to ................................................................................................................................................................................................................ 30 Nm.
