Remove nuts. Loosen the right exhaust manifold from the retaining strip and remove it.
Installing
‹› Tightening specifications => [ Left exhaust manifold, tightening specifications and sequence ] See: Exhaust Manifold Assembly Overview
Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
‹› Replace seal and self-locking nuts.

Place seal on the stud bolts.

Insert exhaust manifold in securing strips and tighten the nuts => [ Right exhaust manifold, tightening specifications and sequence ] See: Exhaust

Install the right engine mount. Refer to => [ Right Engine Mount ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Right Engine Mount.

Install right coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Right Coolant Pipe ] See: Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Right Coolant Pipe.
