Left exhaust manifold, tightening specifications and sequence

Replace left exhaust manifold nuts.

Grease with hot bolt paste

Tighten nuts in 3 stages in - 1 to 6 - sequence as follows:
Right exhaust manifold, tightening specifications and sequence
