Loosen bolts - arrows - diagonally.

Remove oil pan - A - with oil pan seal and let gear oil remaining in oil pan drain into oil collection and extraction device (VAG 1782).

 Installing

‹› Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Pan Tightening Specifications ] See: Oil Pan, Mechatronic and Transmission Fluid Pump Assembly

Overview

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

‹› Replace oil pan seal and bolts.

‹› Replace O-rings - arrows - on DSG mechatronic connector.

Clean sealing surfaces; they must be free from oil or grease.

Coat O-rings on DSG mechatronic connector with gear oil.

Install oil pan - A - and gasket and tighten. Refer to => [ Oil Pan Tightening Specifications ] See: Oil Pan, Mechatronic and Transmission Fluid
