insert M14 bolt (approx. 80 mm long) into bushing hole and press out one half of bushing

If the bushing core shears off when removing, press out the remaining other halt of the bushing with a suitable thrust piece, or cut open the outer metal
shell of the bushing with a hacksaw

press out second half of bushing

-

press in rear bushing halt as far as stop

Note:
When installed, the bushing half must be flush against the support all around.
