Additional information on working on the navigation system can be found in the
Repair Instructions.

Note:

The operating software must always be updated before exchanging a computer. If
the part is returned, it is essential for the complaint repair documentation to be
completed in full. 
Navigation computers whose return is obligatory and which do not have the current
software status will be rejected and reimbursement through warranty will be
refused.

Reimbursement:

The remedying of errors whose cause is to be found in previous versions of the operating
software must be dealt with and reimbursed in accordance with the valid warranty
specifications.

Defect code

65 90 90 03 00
This defect code is not contained in the official
Defect Code Catalogue but has been included in
the system, thus enabling warranty claims to be
processed.
