3 Series E46 316i (M43TU) SAL
Release screws (1) and lift passenger airbag cover (2) towards
top.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 72 12 10AZ.
Installation:
Passenger airbag cover (3) must snap into place with lug (2)
in surrounding groove (1) on instrument panel.
Installation:
The additional retaining lug on the passenger airbag cover
must snap into place in the retaining clip of the instrument
panel trim.
Release screws on passenger airbag module (1).
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 72 12 11AZ.
