3 Series E46 320Ci (M54) CONVER
Mark section of new partial section part (entrance) after previous
severance cuts (1) and cut.
In area (2), drill holes at spacing of 25 mm for plug/spot-welding.
The plug/spot welds renew the laser weld seams.
Drill areas (1) and (2) for plug/spot welds.
Make reinforcement plates (1) approx. 30 mm in length and weld.
Adjust section of new partial section part (entrance) (2) to fit.
Spot-weld area (3).
