Height adjustment:
For vertical adjustment of rear window, fit or remove shims
between hinge bracket (1) and rear window (2).
Installation:
As the basic setting, shims 3 mm high must be fitted.
Max. 3 shims are permitted.
To install shims for vertical adjustment of rear window, slacken
retaining screws for rear window hinge bracket and insert shims
between rear window and hinge bracket.
Tighten screws down again.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 41 62 6AZ.
Gap adjustment and length adjustment:
Slacken screws of hinge bracket for rear window on rear window
on left and right so that hinge bracket can be moved.
Slacken screws of rear window lock so that lock can be moved
and can center itself.
