Replacing door pillar outer and inner sections
at front left (partial replacement before B-
pillar)
Follow instructions for body repairs.
Refer to the texts of the KSD CD (FRU 41 21 515) for details
of stripping and rigging tasks.
Place vehicle on straightening bench.
Open brazed seam (1).
Open welded seams (2).
Open weld spots in area (3).
Open laser weld seams (4).
Mark cover for side member in accordance with distance A and cut.
Measurement A = 30 mm from bore (1) dia. 35 mm.
