Using special tool 11 6 480 , crank engine from 45
°
before TDC
position at vibration damper at front in direction of engine rotation
to TDC position.
Hold crankshaft in TDC position with special tool 11 2 300 .
Caution!
Remove special tool 11 2 300 after completing work.
Note:
When tightening camshaft screw connection:
Grip camshafts on hexagon head.
Place special tool 11 6 321 on inlet camshaft and lock in
position.
Tighten down inlet sprocket wheel with special tool 00 9 120 .
Tightening torque, 11 31 4AZ.
