3 Series E46 330xd (M57) TOUR
Release clamp (1).
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 65 10AZ.
Detach hose (2).
Remove clamp (3) from EGR pipe.
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 71 1AZ.
Note:
Note position of bracket for acoustic cover on manifold.
Release screws (1) and nuts (2).
Detach vacuum line (3) from EGR valve.
Cars with automatic transmission only:
Detach plug (1) from vacuum valve.
Detach vacuum hose (2) from vacuum valve.
All cars:
Caution!
Seal inlet ducts immediately against ingress of dirt.
Remove intake air manifold.
