Remove control arm holder on both sides from front axle carrier.

Tightening torque 31 12 10AZ

.

Unscrew left and right bolts.

Tightening torque 31 12 8AZ

.

Remove power steering gear from front axle carrier and tie up.

Installation:

Replace self-locking nuts.

Tightening torque 32 00 1AZ

.

Support front axle carrier in middle with workshop jack.

Remove front axle carrier on both sides from engine carrier.

Lower front axle carrier and remove.

Installation:

Check threads for damage; if necessary, repair with Helicoil thread
inserts.

First tighten down bolts (1) on both sides - taper connected free
from paint.

Tightening torque 31 10 1AZ

 (bolt (1)).

Tightening torque 31 10 11AZ

 (bolt (2)).
