3 Series E46 330xd (M57) TOUR
Cut marked cutting lines.
Fit spare part, remachine if necessary.
Remove the spare part.
Manufacture reinforcement plate for cover of side member and
adjust to fit.
Reinforcement plate width = approx. 60 mm
Drill the holes for the plug welding of the reinforcement plate in the
body.
Clean connection faces of vehicle and spare part and coat with
zinc dust paint.
Install reinforcement plate in cover for side member approx. 30
mm.
Secure reinforcement plate and weld up.
Prepare and fit the C-pillar reinforcement plate.
Reinforcement plate width = approx. 60 mm
RA Replacing rear left side wall (part replacement C- and D-pillar, top) (touring)
