Replacing mirror glass for rearview mirror

Special tools required:

Caution!
Bring vehicle to room temperature so that adhesive tape
can be released.
Warning!
If mirror glass is damaged:
Wear protective goggles and tear-proof gloves while removing
mirror glass.
Risk of injury by flaking-off glass splinters.
Tilt mirror glass upwards.
Tape off housing edge with adhesive tape (1) (risk of damage).
Slide hole (2) of bayonet lock to right, same for left and right sides.
