Replacing fluid reservoir for windshield
washer system (M3 / lightweight bumper)
Drain fluid reservoir for windshield washer system.
Remove front bumper trim.
Remove level switch for windshield washer system.
Detach windshield washer pump from fluid reservoir for windshield
washer system and place to one side.
If necessary, detach washer pump of headlight cleaning system
from fluid reservoir for windshield washer system and place to one
side.
Detach hose (1) and filler duct (2) from fluid reservoir for
windshield washer system (4).
If necessary, unhook wire harness from bracket on fluid reservoir
for windshield washer system (4).
Release screws (3) and remove fluid reservoir for windshield
washer system (4) in direction of arrow.
Installation:
Make sure hoses are laid without kinks.
