3 Series E92 320i (N46T) COUPE
Note:

Rotate eccentric shaft (1) at hexagon as shown in illustration.
Pretension torsion spring (2) with a cable strap (1) and carefully
fit on roller (3).
Rotate eccentric shaft (1) at hexagon as shown in illustration.
Place special tool 11 9 292 on inlet camshaft and align inlet
camshaft so that special tool 11 9 292 rests without a gap on
cylinder head.
RA Removing and installing/replacing intermediate levers (N46T)
