Press down valve spring on spring cap, top, and remove valve
keys.

Removing valve spring and plate spring.

Arrangement until 9.92: Valve shaft

Installation sequence:

Lower plate spring

4. 

Outer spring

5. 

Inner spring 

6. 

Upper plate spring

7. 

Valve tapers

Installation:

If one of the springs in a spring pack (inner or outer springs) is
damaged or broken, replace both springs. Only use inner and
outer springs from the same manufacturer and with same
color code.

Arrangement with effect from 9.92: Valve shaft
