5 Series E34 525td (M51) TOUR
Press special tool 24 0 011 (dial gauge holder) with dial gauge
from special tool 24 0 010 over input shaft spline and secure
with retaining screw.
Determine axial clearance by pulling on input shaft.
Nominal clearance = 0.10 ... 0.30 mm
If value is not as specified, fit a thinner or thicker spacer as
required.
Fit new seals (1) to all screws and tighten down.
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 24 31 3AZ
