Body repair equipment
All models
Situation:
The following new items of equipment are recommended for body repairs.
Airpuller
A new body planishing kit is recommended for quickly planishing small to medium dents,
hailstone damage and longitudinal scratches.
The advantages of this system are:
- Suitable for use on box section, cavity and double-walled body parts
- No need to remove interior equipment
- Easy to use without the need for training
- No setting-up work
- Suitable for repairing elevations and stressed sheet metal parts
- Also suitable for deeper dents or sheet metal edges (Powerlift)
The system is used either independently or together with the Multispot. However, it cannot
replace the Multispot.
Meßfix
The measuring rods can be used to measure the frame alignment control dimensions as
part of damage analysis after an accident. Excellent degrees of measuring accuracy can be
achieved thanks to its effortless handling and easy use. It also makes comparison
measurements possible. Continuous measurement checks can be conducted during pulling
and straightening jobs. It facilitates internal, diagonal and external measurements.
Measuring points at varying heights can also be reached with the use of the accessories
provided.
TWINMAX Duo-sander
The TWINMAX removes primer and paint on both sides of welded flanges in one operation.
The advantages of the sander are:
- One-hand operation
- Protective sanding action
- No sanding through to welded flanges
- No sparks
- Removal of thin underseal and rubber seal layers (with additional brush)
- Time saving and easy operation
Sabre-blade saw
The sabre-blade saw can be used for cutting complex body structures. It is particularly
suitable for working on sills (rocker panels) and pillars.The main advantage is that it can be
used relatively easily and safely. Additionally, the device does not produce sparks thus
rendering extensive covering work unnecessary.
BMW Türboy (Doorboy)
The Doorboy is used to protect and transport doors during removal and installation
