"A/Ccellence 3000" - new A/C service unit for R134a

Situation: 

With the "A/Ccellence 3000", the company Beissbarth has developed a fully automatic A/C
service unit for R134a that meets the latest BMW specifications. The operations draining,
evacuating, checking for leaks, filling with refrigerant R134a, fresh oil and (optionally) UV
dye and checking working pressures run automatically according to specific data inputs
from the vehicle concerned. The multi-lingual operating menu is simple and easy to
understand.

Beside a filling accuracy of 

±

10 g of R134a, the new A/C service unit has a patented

reservoir for fresh oil (PAG oil) and for the UV contrast agent (TRACER). The new
reservoirs are hermetically sealed and protect the hygroscopic fluids from impurities. This
prevents damage to the air-conditioning system components (e.g. corrosion damage in the
A/C compressor) cause by filling with oil and UV additive contaminated with moisture.
