Replacing left or right push rod/integral link
Caution!
Pull retainer off air supply unit to ensure that accidental
feedback control of the system cannot occur.
Remove wheel,
refer to 36 10 300.
Touring with coil springs:
Tension coil springs,
refer to 33 53 ... Leave rear coil springs on vehicle in tensioned
state.
Support wheel carrier with workshop hoist.
Unfasten nut, untighten screw and press swinging arm
downwards.
Installation:
Replace nut. Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 33 32 22AZ.
Unscrew screw.
Remove integral link (1).
Installation:
First mount swinging arm until hand-tight, then tighten down
screw. Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 33 32 21AZ.
