Removing and installing/replacing plastic
covers on rear door window frame (Security)
at inside left or right
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove rear door trim panel
•
Remove door window glass
Installation:
Plastic covers on door window frame are bonded with window
adhesive and must be replaced.
Plastic cover (1), outer door side, on door window glass armour
plating. Plastic cover (2) between door rubber seal and inner
door window frame armour plating.
Door rubber seal (1), plastic cover (2) on inner door window
frame armour plating (3).
