Important!
Levers with rollers of cylinders 1 to 4 and 5 to 8 are
different and must not be mixed up.
Identification

Lever with roller for cylinders 1 to 4
(2)
Lever with roller for cylinders 5 to 8
Important!
The position of the eccentric (3) is crucial to fitting the
lever (2) and the installation direction in the bearing bridge
described later.
Incorrect assembly will result in engine damage.
Cylinder bank 5 to 8:
As shown in the illustration, the machined surface (3) on the
eccentric must point upwards and the groove in the eccentric shaft
must be pointed upwards at an angle.
Align lever (2) with digits 5-8 pointing to groove in eccentric
shaft and insert. Insert screw (1).
Grip lever (2) with roller at dihedral.
Tighten down screw (1).
Installation of magnet wheel:
Note:
Roller (2) must not rest against vise.
Clamp eccentric shaft (1) with front jaws on dihedral in a vise.
Important!
The position of the eccentric is crucial to fitting the magnet
wheel (1) and the installation direction in the bearing bridge
described later.
Incorrect assembly will result in engine damage.
Magnet wheel (1) is secured with a lug in groove in eccentric
shaft.
Important!
Only install original antimagnetic screw (2).
Insert screw (2) and tighten down.
