7 Series E38 740d (M67) SAL
Detach holder from transmission fluid lines on engine oil sump.
Release cable ties on battery positive lead.
Remove automatic transmission,
refer to 24 00 026.
Drain coolant,
refer to 17 00 005.
Remove radiator,
refer to 17 11 000.
Note:
Press brake pedal several times to reduce pressure in brake
booster.
Open lock (1).
Detach vacuum hose (2).
Installation:
Check O-ring (1) and replace if damaged.
