Release lock (1).

Disconnect diagnosis plug (2) and lay to one side.

Release three screws on turbocharger.

Tightening Torque,

refer to Technical Data 11 65 1AZ.

Installation:

- Replace gasket (1).

- Clean sealing faces.

Note:

For purposes of clarity, the primary catalytic converter is
omitted here.

Remove fan cowl,

refer to 17 11 031.

Drain cooling system,

refer to 17 00 005.

Remove both right camshafts,

refer to 11 31 017.

Remove intake air manifold,

refer to 11 61 050.
