7 Series E38 740d (M67) SAL
Press back tensioner at hexagon head (1) in direction of arrow
and remove drive belt (2).
Unscrew bolt (1).
Release cable tie (2).
Disconnect plug (1).
Release screws (2).
Remove power steering pump (3) from upper oil sump section
and tie to front axle support with a welding wire.
Release clamp (1).
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 65 10AZ.
Installation:
Fit charge air hoses dry and without grease.
Release screw (3).
Unclip line (4) from holder.
