X Series E53 X5 4.4i (M62) OFFRD
Press clamping fixture (9) into adjusting lever (5) with special
tool 32 1 200 .
Adjusting lever points towards steering lock and square section on
clamping fixture must be inserted in long slot in steering column
tube.
Fit retainer (4), clamping disc (3) and axial grooved ball
bearing (2).
Connect torsion spring (8) on both sides.
Important!
Clamping force is adjusted via the tightening torque!
Replace nut (1) and tighten.
Tightening torque 32 31 3AZ
