Clean all connection points to door pillar at front and coat with
weld primer.
Apply window adhesive to cavity bulkheads (1) and (2).
Make reinforcement plates (1) approx. 30 mm in length, clean and
coat with weld primer.
Drill new part and body in area of reinforcement plates (1) for plug
welding.
Slide reinforcement plates (1) into body up to halfway and plug-
weld.
Fit door pillar at front with straightening attachment (3).
Weld plug welds on new part with reinforcement plates (1) and
joints (2).
Weld door pillar in interior (1) and on underfloor (2).
Make section of entrance cover (2) from new part.
Make reinforcement plates (1) approx. 30 mm in length from old
parts, clean and coat with weld primer.
Drill entrance door cutout on body and section (2) in area of
reinforcement plates (1) for plug welding.
Slide reinforcement plates (1) into entrance cover on body up to
halfway and weld.
Fit section of entrance cover, plug-weld, weld in joint (3) and grind
down.
Clean welding spots and welding seams (3) and (5), tin out and
grind down.
Plug- and spot-weld areas (4).
