Mounting tyres with a mounting machine:
Clamp rim on mounting machine.
Push tyre with lower bead partially over rim flange.
Valve 10 cm to right of mounting head.
Swivel or tilt fitting head into position and lock into place.
Check fitting head setting, readjust and clamp down if necessary.
Press tyre by hand under fitting head.
Make sure lower tyre bead is correctly seated on fitting head.
Allow fitting machine to run forwards gradually in clockwise
direction.
Lower tyre bead will drop into well.
Position special tools 36 1 093 and 36 1 094 as shown on rim.
Make sure upper tyre bead is correctly seated on fitting head.
Allow fitting machine to run forwards gradually in clockwise
direction.
In so doing, position special tool 36 1 095 as shown on rim
flange.
