About the Electra
The Electra was Buick's full-size flagship from 1959 to 1990. For 1985 it was downsized onto GM's new front-wheel-drive C platform with the Oldsmobile 98 and Cadillac DeVille, GM's first front-drive unibody full-size cars. It was replaced by the Park Avenue for 1991.
What these manuals cover

- 1985–1989: (front-wheel drive) the 3.0 and 3.8-litre V6s
Tip: the front-drive Electra is a sister of the Oldsmobile 98 and Cadillac DeVille.
