Air Duct: Service and Repair
Air Distribution Ducts Replacement - Auxiliary (With RPO Code AM6)
AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY (WITH RPO CODE AM6)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Move the passenger seat to the full rearward position.
2. Remove the driver seat.
3. Pull back the front carpet.
4. Remove the 2 nuts from the auxiliary distribution duct.
5. Remove the auxiliary air distribution duct.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the auxiliary air distribution duct, positioning the front of the duct into the module first.
2. Install the nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Reposition the carpet.
4. Install the driver seat.
