6.
Locate the rivet above separated flange at the center of the converter heat shield.
7.
Drill out the rivet using a 5 mm (3/16 in) or larger drill bit.
8.
Install new gasket/seal.
9.
Install the catalytic converter to the exhaust downpipe and the nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 24 mm (18 lb ft).
10.
Install the oxygen sensor wiring rear shield and screws.
11.
Lower the vehicle.
