DOOR WINDOW ASSEMBLY

Door Window Removal

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Trim panel and water deflector. Refer to "Door Trim Panel" and "Water Deflector".
2. Inner belt strip.
3. Raise or lower window to access two retaining bolts.
4. Glass.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

IMPORTANT

Clean insulators and replace the retainers and bolts.

It is essential that the torque of glass attachment screws be checked within one minute after installation. Adhesive in the retainer threaded hole
will cure. Should a torque check indicate torque below specifications, replace screw to ensure proper clamp load. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CORRECT TORQUE BY RETIGHTENING EXISTING SCREW IN EXISTING RETAINER.
