12. Insert retaining ring into groove in housing, with ring opening near access hole opening.
13. Remove plug and any chips, then coat end of new return tube with Loctite solvent part No. 75559 and Loctite adhesive part No. 290, or
equivalents and press return tube into housing until bottomed.
