Traction Control
Traction Control Torque Reduction Request Circuit
The Antilock Brake System controller sends a signal to the ECM indicating that an excessive wheel spin has been detected. This data is used in order to
reduce the engine torque in order to reduce the wheel spin and improve the traction. If the Transmission Control Module (TCM) detects a problem on
this circuit, the DTC P1844 - Traction Control Torque Reduction Request Circuit will set.
