Air Injection Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve: Service and Repair
AIR Cutoff Valve Vacuum Solenoid
Removal Procedure
Notice: Numbers in text correspond to numbered components in image.
1. Disconnect the AIR Cutoff Valve Vacuum Control solenoid (3) wiring harness connector.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hoses (2, 4) observing the proper positions.
3. Remove the solenoid bracket fasteners.
4. Remove the assembly from the vehicle.
5. Remove the valve (1) from the bracket.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the valve (1) to the bracket.
2. Install the assembly (3) to the vehicle.
3. Install/tighten the bracket fasteners.
4. Reconnect the vacuum hoses (2, 4) in the correct positions.
5. Reconnect the electrical connection.
