REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Washer Solvent Container Replacement: Removal Procedure

1. Raise the hood.
2. Remove the front fascia. 
3. Remove the front impact bar. 
4. Remove the windshield washer motor from solvent container. 
5. Remove the solvent container bolts (4).
6. Remove the solvent container (5).
7. Remove the level sensor (2) and seal (3) from the solvent container (5).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Washer Solvent Container Replacement: Removal Procedure

1. Install the level sensor (2) and seal (3) to the solvent container (5).
2. Install the solvent container (5).

3. Install the solvent container bolts (4).

Tighten
Tighten the solvent container bolts (4) until fully seated but not stripped.

4. Install the windshield washer motor from solvent container. 
5. Install the front impact bar. 
6. Install the front fascia. 
7. Close the hood
