Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headliner in order to access the upper rear drain hose connections. Refer toHeadliner Replacement   (See: Interior Moulding /

Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Headliner Replacement) in Interior Trim.

2. Disengage the drain hoses from the drain spouts on the rear of the sunroof module.

3. Disengage the retainer clips from the rear upper drain hose (1).

4. Remove the rear compartment trim panel. Refer toCompartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear   (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk /

Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Compartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear) in Body Rear End.

5. Remove the rear lower drain hose from the retaining clips (1).
6. Remove the rear drain hose (3) from the inner wheelhouse drain spout (2).
7. Remove the drain hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Guide the drain hose through the rear shelf panel to the "D" pillar behind the shoulder belt retractor.
2. Clip the rear lower drain hose (3) into the retention clips.
3. Secure the drain hose retainer clips to the sheet metal.

Important:  Secure the lower drain hose to the drain spout (2) at the inner wheelhouse panel.
