Sunroof / Moonroof Switch: Removal and Replacement

Sunroof Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the over head console. Refer toConsole Replacement - Overhead   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Console

Replacement - Overhead) .

2. Disconnect the electrical connector to the sun roof switch.
3. Remove the screws (1) securing the switch to the overhead console.
4. Remove the switch.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the swicth to the overhaed console.

Notice:  Refer toFastener Notice   in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws (1) to secure the swich to the overhead console.

Tighten the screws (1) to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connectors.
4. Install the overhead console. Refer toConsole Replacement - Overhead   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Console
