Oil Cooler Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the intake manifold.
2. Remove the water crossover.
3. Remove the following from the engine oil cooler:
-
The oil cooler inlet fitting
-
The oil cooler outlet fitting
4. Note the positioning of the 4 seals.
5. Position the oil cooler lines out of the way and secure with mechanics wire.
