5. Install the female screw into the oil filter adapter.
Tighten the oil filter adapter female screw to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
6. Lubricate the NEW oil filter adapter plug O-ring with clean engine oil.
7. Install the O-ring onto the oil filter adapter plug.
8. Install the oil filter adapter plug.
Tighten the oil filter adapter plug to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
9. Tighten the 2 oil filter adapter bolts installed in step 4.
Tighten the oil filter adapter bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
10. Install the left catalytic converter.
11. Install the oil filter.
