6. Remove the screw (1).
7. Using the J 45689 , disconnect the quick joint (2) by pressing the probe end into the two small openings on the quick joint.
IMPORTANT: The body of the tool (1) should be parallel to the A/C line.
8. Remove the evaporator tube from the strut tower retaining clip (1).
9. Using the J 45689 disconnect the evaporator tube at the evaporator fitting.
10. Remove the evaporator inlet pipe from the vehicle.
