7. Secure the drain hose retainers to the "A" pillar (1).

8. Secure the drain hose to the drain spout (1).

The only suitable lubricant is clean water for the drain hose to drain spout installation.

9. Position the sound barrier (1) to the cowl.

10. Install the instrument panel carrier. Refer toInstrument Panel Carrier Replacement   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

Panel/Service and Repair/Instrument Panel (I/P) Carrier Replacement) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

11. Install the headliner (3) with an assistant. Refer toHeadlining Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

Repair/Headlining Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headliner in order to access the upper rear drain hose connections. Refer toHeadlining Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Interior

Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Headlining Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim.

2. Disengage the drain hoses from the drain spouts on the rear of the sunroof module.
