Heater Core: Service and Repair

HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT 

REMOVAL PROCEDURE 

1. Remove the HVAC module. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair
2. Remove the heater hose bracket screw.

3. Remove the heater hose bracket (1).

4. Slide the heater core out of the HVAC module.
