Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the fuel injector sight shield.
3. Disconnect the spark plug wires from the ignition coils.

Twist the spark plug wire boot 1/2 turn.

Pull only on the boot in order to remove the wire from the ignition coil.
4. Disconnect the ignition coil wire harness main electrical connector.
5. Disconnect the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge tube from the intake manifold.
6. Disconnect the EVAP canister purge tube from the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve.
7. Remove the EVAP canister purge tube.
